Paul Barron brings over 50 years of distinguished experience in the life insurance and financial services industry. His career began in September 1974 with The Mutual Life of Canada, where he developed expertise in individual and group insurance solutions while establishing a foundation built on client-focused service, integrity, and ethical business practices.

Bio

From 1974 to 1992, Mr. Barron built a successful practice with Mutual Life, developing comprehensive skills in client acquisition and relationship management. In November 1992, he transitioned to the brokerage channel, joining a boutique MGA in Toronto where he expanded his practice to serve both individual clients and corporate entities, specializing in key person insurance, partnership planning, group benefits, and Individual Pension Plans (IPPs).


In December 2013, Mr. Barron joined IDC Worldsource Insurance Services (Markham Office), where he continues to practice today. His client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals and businesses, with particular emphasis on small to medium-sized enterprises requiring sophisticated insurance and wealth transfer solutions.


Mr. Barron's practice philosophy centers on long-term client relationships, continuous professional development, and comprehensive financial solutions.
